Beaulieu area rugs were introduced in 1978 by Carl and Mieke Bouckaert. Beaulieu area rugs are high quality polypropylene oriental rugs. Extruding polypropylene introduced by Beaulieu, made it a unique manufacturer. Beaulieu is Canadian producer which through the acquisition of Coronet, Grassmore, Marglen, Columbus and Canada’s Peerless became the dominant in Canada.
Hand-tufted, full cut rugs, hand-hooked Petit Point rugs, hand-hooked Microhook rugs are only some constituents of extensive Beaulieu area rugs collection. Traditional and contemporary designs allow satisfying the tastes of the most demanding persons.
Beaulieu company constantly develops programs which are oriented on accomplishing the processes of rugs production and sale. Due to a program in 2000 appeared Laura Ashley & Waverly brand. In 2001 Beaulieu introduces four more retailers. Its numerous collections are constantly accomplished with new patterns and designs.
Beaulieu area rugs are changing and giving more and more pleasure to consumers.
